Mix together:
– 1 pkg. (450 g / 1 lb.) FIRM TOFU
– 1/3 to 1/2 cup "NAYONNAISE"
– 1/4 cup finely diced DILL PICKLES (or relish)
– 1/4 cup finely diced CELERY
– 1 minced GREEN ONION
– 1 tsp. FRESH DILL or FRESH PARSLEY (or Herbamare, to taste)
– 1 tsp. prepared DIJON MUSTARD
– salt and black pepper to taste
