Sesame-ginger sauce


In a small bowl, combine, then set aside:

1 cup vegetable broth
2 T. tamari
2 T. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. frozen orange juice

In a small bowl, combine, then set aside:

2 T. water
1 T. cornstarch

In a small pot, on medium low heat, gently sauté for 30 seconds:

1 T. sesame oil
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger

Add the vegetable broth mixture, and bring to a simmer.

Add the water/cornstarch mixture. Continue simmering, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
