Peanut sauce

You can also make 1/2 of this recipe, which yields a fair amount.

Whisk together in a saucpan, and cook on med. low till smooth and thickened (about 10 minutes):

– 1/3 cup PEANUT BUTTER
– 1/2 to 2/3 cup HOT WATER (add gradually)
– 1 T. TAMARI
– 1 T. RICE VINEGAR (or other type of vinegar)
– 2 tsp. SUGAR
– 2  GARLIC CLOVES, minced
– 1/2 tsp. FRESH GINGER, minced
– dash CAYENNE PEPPER  ( optional )

Add more water if too thick, but do it in small amounts to avoid
thinning it out too much.
