Put everything in a jar and shake to blend:
¼ cup olive oil
¾ cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1-2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. of seasoned salt (i.e. Herbamare)
approx. 5 twists: freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Also good on wheat berry salad, etc. Any type of salad you
have a mix of beans and/or grains, and a variety of vegetables.
Keep refrigerated.
